The Garmsar Special Economic Zone will become an effective production center in the field of completing the value chain of the country's industry, relying on the potential and capacities of its economic geography, with an emphasis on local resources and the economy of basic and creative knowledge. The backbone of this event will be creating an exemplary business environment. Also, based on one of its most important  locational  features, i.e. being located in the exchange triangle of the country and having communication and transportation infrastructures, the region is designated as one of the hubs and networks of "procurement and distribution of materials and goods" with the aim of re-export and transit and transshipment based on its own mission. In the law establishing special economic zones, it will be provided in the region.
