Customs procedures specific to special areas

Goods that enter the region from abroad for the purpose of producing or providing services will be excluded from the general regulations of export and import of the country.

♣ The import of goods produced in the region into the country is allowed up to the percentage of added value created, and there is no need to register an order and open credit.

♣ Import and storage of goods (such as raw materials, machines, tools and production parts) is permitted in the special economic zone.

♣ Various goods that enter the region from abroad or industrial and special economic free trade zones for export, can be re-exported with the least formalities.

♣ It is possible to hand over all or part of the goods to others (by issuing a negotiable warehouse bill, certificate of origin, certificate and certified copy of the bill of lading accepted by all government organizations and bodies, including the country's banking system) in the region.
